I cannot move my desktop shortcut icons around on my desktop. Think it has something to do with the auto-allign feature - how do I fix this ?

Windows 10
Same Issue
ESC doesnt work for me
Cut and Paste works on everything except the shitcan ( recycling bin )
Icons seem to move after the program has been used, but not always, and they move to random locations on my screen.
really very fustrating.
"Esc" key does not work for me. I used the 'cut' and 'paste' option before asking the Microsoft Community, but as stated by someone else, not the right or correct way to do this. Microsoft has really given 'us' another piece of junk in Windows 10. It seems they do not care about the end user or our problems, but typing this just wasted some '1's and '0's' as so far Microsoft has yet to help resolve the errors caused by Windows 10. Shucks I still had two issues from Windows 7 HP never resolved.
Yeah the "Esc" key "fixes" it, thnx.
I have not updated to windows 10, but have this annoying icon in the tray wanting me to. Stupid thing and you can't get rid of it.
