It wont let me play games it keep saying cannot connect to server

    i have been unable to play several online games for over a week , the web sites they give for support just end up in 404 error with no change of address. very frustrated with this,not a smart tech person can't figure problem myself can't get help from the games home pages. my xbox1 is connected it just cant find a server ???? PLEASE HELP

    I am not suggesting that you do this, but once I bought something at the "eliminate ads" level i stopped having any trouble.  One friend of mine thought it might simply be a timeout issue, where the game server is busy and your computer or your internet service times out.  Just some thoughts, as I am not a tech person.

    I am also having the same issue.  I am playing Bingo downloaded and installed to my machine running Windows 10 Pro.  All other games (Solitaire, Jackpot, Mahjong, Treasure) work fine.  I loaded the program yesterday and was able to play one session.  No hardware (or software) changes have occured.  I am connected by ethernet to my router.  My7 download speed is 50Mbps+, I have 12GB of memory, and an AMD chip running at in excess of 2.8G, so it should not be an equipment issue.  Very annoying, to say the least.

    Before we troubleshoot the issue I need more information about the issue you are facing.

    -      Which is the game you are trying to play?

    -      Does this happen with all the games or any particular game?

    -      Are you trying to play an online game or is the game installed on the computer?

    -      If it’s an online game, are you able to access internet on the computer?

    -      Since when are you facing this issue?

    -      Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue started?

    -      Is it a wireless connection or is it connected through Ethernet?
