2016-01-15T21:07:16+00:00 I totally agree. I have had this happen in the past a number of times and in a few days it comes back to normal. Very frustrating when you want to play NOW. I thought by contacting Microsoft they could reboot their system which was not the case.

You are not alone. I can't connect either. So Microsoft did something. Hoping for a fix soon!
