Windows 7 Error code 80070103

Its an infrequent problem, I found about five people in all, have the same issue.  My problem was the intel integrated mother board graphics was pushing my, either AMD or Nvidia cards driver and eliminating it, making the cards not recognizable. The option in the bios to turn off the integrated card was certainly disabled. If I turn the computer off for a couple days and come back to it recognize it again, but eventually it would do the same thing. I had seen this on another thread, someone mentioned that the mother board may have been screwed down too tight and tweaked it. I'm still using the mother board for one of my miners with usb risers it seems to work with them. However messing with it for four months trying to get it to work shelled a brand new rx 560 out of the box. So i was out $140. Thank you some much Intel. I hope you get syphilis and it spreads to all your corporate subsidiaries.

We receive this error message when you are trying to update driver from Windows update and installing a driver that is already installed on your computer or a driver that has a lower compatibility rating than one you already have installed.

I would recommend you to update the driver manually. Steps to update the driver manually

i.                     Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.

ii.                    On the “Device Manager” window, expand the item, right click on the sub item and then click “Update Driver”.

iii.                  Restart the computer once the driver is updated.

If this fails then try to reinstall the driver

i.               Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and press enter.

ii.                     Expand the driver and right click on the sub item and click uninstall.

iii.                   Restart the computer.

iv.                   Visit the manufacturer website to download the latest driver.

v.                     Install the driver and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
