hi please can someone help as i can't figure out how to switch on the inbuilt webcam on my sony viao i'm on windows 7 !!!!!

Hi Sarah,

Steps to turn on integrated WebCam on Sony Vaio Laptop

a.    Click on Start and then click on All programs.

b.    Go all the way to the bottom until you see “Arcsoft Webcam companion”

c.    Click on it and then click on Webcam companion 3 to turn your webcam.

That’s it.

    I have similar problem on my PC after upgrading to window 8, I tried running the Arcsoft companion 3 and failed to detect the webcam on my sony VGN-SZ4XWN. Please share with me how were able to resolved your issue.

    i use a VGN-CR21S and i cant find any option for ARCSOFT WEB CAM! if any one's got an idea of how i can activate my webcam please let me know.
