click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

    Hi,

I just took the marking off from "Windows Live Family Safety Service" and the message box stopped showing up.

Click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of  "Windows Live Family Safety Service". That program is on the services section.

Well - one should not to be zealous the problem came back.
