My favourites Bar icons in Windows 11 are not coloured. How can I restore the colour.

I would like to restore colour into my Favourite Bar now they are colourless.

    Ed,

    My version of Windows 11 Pro (24H2) doesn't have "System & Performance" under Settings -- just "System" with a sub-tree of over a dozen options.

    RG_069, did you disable "Startup Boost" in addition to the work VoxOptimatiom described above (adding "--disable-features=msFavoritesMonolineFolder" to the Edge shortcut command)?
