Observations I am able to access iCloud through my iOS device (iPhone) connected to the same high-speed broadband Wifi connection. iCloud.com is accessible on Edge browser only if my PC is connected to the internet via a mobile (4G/5G) hotspot connection. The issue does not occur at all on Firefox (irrespective of the connection mode)! Any clues on how to solve this issue? Yes, Correct. iCloud.com works on Edge/Chrome only if you switch your connection from a broadband Wifi to a 4G/5G Hotspot Wifi.

I Spent endless time with apple support. After trying all sort of trouble shooting, we found a (hopefully temporary) workaround: the connection works if instead of going straight to the browser I connect to interenet (to the same Wi-Fi router!) through the hot spot of the iphone. Any idea what couls cause this?

I managed to login to icloud on a clean user profile using edge, it still got the error message and when logged in I got the main page but all the databases said they couldn't connect. This was using edge. Firefox is still OK, as is my android phone. I also am still able to see apple stuff on outlook

Hey,

I'm just here to confirm that disabling IPv6 helped me resolve this issue.

Alternatively, switching to Google Public DNS also resolved the issue as per users on Reddit. To know step-by-step instruction to switch to Google Public DNS check out this guide -- <link removed>
