Managing tabs, address bar, and search settings in Edge on Windows 10

Hello
That started suddenly
Activating the "collection" tab on Edge produce the following error in
"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."
And on mobile (Edge for Android), "collection" buttons give that error:
"It's not you, it's us
Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon."
This occurs only with my profile synced to my Microsoft account. Other profiles using other account work find on both devices
I would be Ok to completely erase my synced profile (but I don't know how to do that) but *not* my Microsoft account.

Hi everyone,
The engineers are working to restore Collection functionality as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Update: We have fixed the problem. We appreciate your feedback and cooperation.
Dear Microsoft Edge team.
Instead of letting all us customers vent, how about your management team take over this chat and demonstrate:
I called a nice agent today who was not aware of this issue and we spent a long time on it.
You are the leading software company in the world in the 21st century. Sure some is ok but your management of user feedback and solutions is poor, with this section being an example. Are you listening?
Thanks.
You put out **** Edge updates, you try and fix only to make matters worse.
No one tests this to hell and back before you release it on the public?
Engineers, programmers, you have become a bad joke.
That the user interface when logged out differs from when logged in makes me suspicious (the "..." menu is different, e.g.). I suspect my local file contains none of the changes I made since 112.0.1722.58. I am currently on Version 114.0.1823.43 (Official build) (64-bit).
This would not be the first time that a new build has wiped out the Collections.
Instead of worrying about things like making the corners of the apps round (who knew they were not!) why doesn't Microsoft ensure that the basic program works, before bombarding us with new Builds. Makes me think that there is a bonus for the team that puts out the most builds every week!
I was just using Collections yesterday and was planning to refer to one of the links today but now it doesn't work. I restarted my PC and it makes no difference. Get with it Microsoft!
