How to contact Facebook support as my account has been taken over.

Does anyone know how I can contact facebook support please to recover my hacked account. I can't get into the account as the hacker has changed the password and e-mail account. They have sent me to demands for money which appear to be 'from' my own e-mail account and 'to' my own email account - does that mean they can see all my e-mails and contacts?

I have already been and changed all my passwords which I can still get into and have changed my passwords on my e-mail account. Is there anything I can do?

    I couldn't because you have to log into Facebook with either your name, phone number or email address to report an issue - the hacker deleted my name, phone number and email address so I couldn't log into Facebook to report this - This is why I think Facebook has something to do with this and especially because it's happening to so many people.

    everything chat is connected to your ******* up Facebook account sadly.

    I sent an email to ******@facebook.com over 1 week ago ... still no reply.

    I am kinda of hopeless. Any ideas from the community here would be super helpful!!
