why am i getting charged for total ad blocker because i have never even seen any advertisement or anythinglike that i would like my money back.

Contact PayPal by phone and speak to a real person / or where your money was taken from as in my case they also were doing an automatic debit again in August apparently. Good luck. They say they are cancelling but looking at other people who have posted on the net they are still waiting for their money back months later.
Since I have a great CC that they used, they have blocked them from ever charging me again and I have started a dispute and showed the email stating they have canceled that account and will reimburse me. BUT, next was a charge from another website for $35 for the same product with a different name so I canceled it too and am waiting to see if they refund me. Since I get a free ad blocker from Edge there is no reason for me to purchase one.
They have just charged me also the $119 and I never approved it. How do you stop this?

Your bank should be able to treat it as fraud and report them!!
