why am i getting charged for total ad blocker because i have never even seen any advertisement or anythinglike that i would like my money back.

    All of you “suggestions” were done! I am not stupid. This is the second time this has happened from this company. They are a scam! No doubt about it!

    That does not work. I don't have their app downloaded because I did not request it. Therefore, to cancel you have to go to their app. Impossible. Please tell me how to get rid of it and get my money refunded.

    Terms and conditions apply... maybe that's where the problem is for you all, they might be screwing you over that? Mainly it says (for us in EU at least) that you must cancel the monthly subscription within 14 days, and the annual within 30, if you want to be eligible for a complete refund.

    So first of all you want to cancel your subscription by logging into their dashboard (within the days written above), then you must contact them to request your refund.
