    "guerchmann You have to restart your PC in recovery mode and use the command line from there. CMD in Administrator mode won't do it."

    Recovery mode is not the same as safe mode. 🤣🤣🤣

    Nope, couldn't delete it via CMD or File Explorer in or out of safe mode.

    Edit: okay so for some reason I didn't have Full Control on the drive or folders.

    It is not in safe mode.

    It is Command prompt from recovery environment.

    Or you can use Command prompt after booting from an Installation media. 🤣

    Also, now I cannot turn on Core isolation on the admin acct or safe mode
