    I was going to agree with you, but is it even Windows 10?  Not only the Win button, but IE on the taskbar 🤨 ...  It may have Edge, but is it even 10?  Something's fishy, me thinks.

    I agree, looks like you have installed some 3rd Party thing, which should be removed. Also, you should absolutely not be using IE, at all❗

    Are you showing us Windows 10?

    From the icons on your Taskbar it looks as though

    you are using a 3rd party program/app to change the icons.

    as in the Start button.
