    I'm away from the PC now. But when I click on the Insider Program panel it resets the regedit and shows that I'm out

    If you are out and not in any insider channel I think this will fail.

    Need to be on insider R.P. to get to the screen I showed.

    Maybe you can try while offline and disconnected from the network, but I'm afraid it may still fail with this message if it is not on insider R.P. or Dev.

    Doesn't hurt trying...

    Try renaming the file in installation media sources directory:

    Rename from appraiserres.dll to appraiserress.dll.bak and then run setup and see what happens.

    If that does not work you have to clean install either Win 10 or Win 11 22454.1000 using some other tricks.

    What quantum are you talking about ?

    Do you know Schorödinger's cat? a quantum experiment (like my Panel or Insider Program settings) that the cat is kept in a dead and alive state at the same time but if I click on the Panel to check then the cat dies... have you read this about quantum?

    it's like this: my channel state or status is a quantum value, that is, it has a pre-conceived value but when trying to read through the Insider panel it is modified as in quantum! when reading the measure it ceases to be quantum. Serious. they modify the regedit values when opening the Insider panel

    Did you download the insider ISO 22454.1000 ?

    If yes did you create the installation media on a FAT32 USB Flash ?

    You will need to rename one file in the sources directory to bypass some of the checks and then you can get to this point which you can read and accept at your own risk, assuming you are still in R.P. channel right now.

    Once the upgrade is done while in R.P. you can then force it to Dev by hacking the Reg.

    Once all is done and you are at 22454.1000, the next W.U. for next build updates will still need yet another trick to bypass some of the checks.

    We can talk about that after you get there.
