Hi,
I cannot leave the windows insider program. I've tried all emails that I've ever signed into on my computer, and all of them just say "This email address is not registered as a windows insider". I only pressed the join button to the windows insider program to see what it would do, I didn't sign up with an email or anything. It won't let me out. I would really like to get out because it's restricting my updates! I need help, please.

Guys how do I solve this problem?

If you don't know or don't remember your Insider email address there's not much we can do to help you.

Suggest you dig through your email folders and try to find one you may have used to register.

    Hi Luke

Open Settings and go to Windows Updates > Windows Insider Program and click on Insider Settings.

    Send a screenshot of that.

If that screen is blank, tell me which channel you are in (Dev or Beta).

Then, press Windows+R and type winver. Press enter.

Send a screenshot of the window that appears.

While taking the screenshot, make sure you do not capture any personal info like phone numbers, email, IDs, etc.

    Regards,
