Can't leave windows insider program!

Hi,
I cannot leave the windows insider program. I've tried all emails that I've ever signed into on my computer, and all of them just say "This email address is not registered as a windows insider". I only pressed the join button to the windows insider program to see what it would do, I didn't sign up with an email or anything. It won't let me out. I would really like to get out because it's restricting my updates! I need help, please.

    When you go to the settings page in Windows what is showing on that page under Insider, it should show your email.

    What is your page showing?

    when i try to leave window insider program i am getting this message that this email not registered in insider program i dont know what is the issue please solve my problem my email is ******@outlook.com
