    Not in Installed Apps.

    This in the Library, but does not open.

    It just poofed.

    It does not open with the open button, just click on the left over the icon.

    It will show the installed version on the bottom right corner.

    I updated the Xbox Identity Provider with this package and that fixed the problem.

    Maison da Silva provided the link to download the update version package 12.110.15002.0

    Yes, I had it before.

    And I can't even find that in the Store.

    You don't see it in the installed apps you have to look through the library updates or use this PowerShell command to view it.

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider

    Here is a sample of the bug after updating to 26063.1
