For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

2021-06-28T07:10:26+00:00 Your processor may have a built-in TPM. It is called PTT. It was introduced in 4th gen core processors.
It may be supported by CPU but not supported by Motherboard/BIOS. There is no option to enable it. And it states that there is no TPM.
Besides it requires TMP 2.0.

It's because of several new security features also you have a laptop or a pc, you might not need to buy a new one you might just need to enable it in bios or might be able to install a TPM chip
