***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    My  Laptop meets  the  requirements and  I  am  in  Beta  Channel, Will  I  get  the  windows 11 beta  next  week or  at  the  end  of  this  summer !?

    Next week for Development channel, no date for Beta yet.

    It would be helpful if Settings told us in which way our PCs weren't meeting the minimum requirements. Otherwise we are likely to spend half a day trying to fix the wrong thing. The other that seems to have been overlooked is that a lot of us, most I would imagine, use an older machine for beta testing so this is going to be a big issue for a lot of Insiders.

    The bigger issue I see, though, is that my Surface Pro 4 doesn't meet the requirements but it is my everyday PC and I expect it to remain so for many more years. So you are not just excluding me from the Insider Programme, you are letting me know that I don't need to worry about Windows 11 for a long time yet. Because if my everyday PC isn't going to work with Windows 11, there is no reason I would want to install it on my workstation PC, either.

    Me too TPM 1.2 circa 2011 is on and not supported but this bad boy is running Win11 Pro regardless. It feels like linux and apple but with a MS paint brush. ITS FAST!

    ITs CLEAN YO!

    I like the rounded edges and settings is not cluttered.

    Yeah I know.. but my CPU is a quad core  and 3.5 Ghz

    Like I quoted in my post, it's the CPU generation that is the problem, not the GHz or amount of cores.

    For Intel, basically any CPU before the 8th generation i5/i7 is not officially supported: An i5-8600 from 2017 is supported but not an i5-7600 from 2016. I'm not totally familiar with AMD, so I don't know where yours is at. But my point was that the CPU generation was said to be a soft requirement, and you might still be able to install Win11 after a warning message.
