***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Its possible the settings is checking things on a deeper level than the health check app, which may just be referencing databases.

    I get the same error guys would recommend putting it up to feedback hub in windows insider i have already lodged it you guys should do the same

    HI I am a Windows Insider on latest windows 10 dev build. My Laptop meets all the requirements for windows 11 insider preview build. It even says in the PC health Check that 'This PC can run Windows 11'. On clicking learn more it takes me to microsoft website and there also it says that my pc meets all the requirements for windows 11. I even have TPM 2.0 enabled. But in the insider section of the settings app it says that my PC does not support the minimum requirements for windows 11. I do not know why it is saying like that just in the Windows insider section of settings. Please help me regarding this matter. I have even uploaded the screenshots of the carious things I have mentioned above.ImageImageImage

    I was under the impression this was the current definitive list as the Windows 11 page says "1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC)" so I took it as non-negotiable to need one on this list.

    Edit: I just realized, what if the health check tool is simply cross-checking people's chips with this list? Maybe that's why so many people are getting this problem.

    Not true, those are just OEM requirements. All Windows 11 needs is a dual-core 64 bit processor.

    Hey folks,

    I've been banging my head against this whole "your device is not ready" thing for a couple hours now and I've managed to solve it. Here's what I did.

    First off, I had to enable TPM as it seems many of us were caught out by this. I have an MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX and the steps to do so were as follows:

    1. Boot into BIOS (Press DEL upon boot)
    2. Switch to Advanced Mode (F7)
    3. Settings -> Security -> Trusted Computing and enable the option of "Security Device Support"

    Then I was met with an error that "device health attestation isn't available". To get this available, I needed to convert my boot drive to be UEFI compatible. You can do this with the built in MBR2GPT.exe tool that windows provides. I followed this guide to get it done.

    Then, I switched my boot mode to UEFI and now device health attestation is available and I'm good to go for Windows 11.  

    TL;DR - enable TPM and make sure you're booting in UEFI mode.
