***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Suggest submitting this to Feedback Hub. If you have an HDR monitor does that mean that you also have an HDR capable graphics card ? Note : some manufacturers use different terms that sound like HDR and it is not the same. Bought a Samsung monitor from Costco a while back only to find that Windows 10 revealed it was not HDR. Upon researching it Microsoft program was right.

    Is there any chance that the list of authorized devices will change prior to the Windows 11 Rollout, the laptop is a fairly new Dell Latitude.

    Yes, there is a chance that minimum specs may change slightly before launch to the public.
    as users, we wont really know the final specs until launch. Insiders in the Dev channel are being able to test on devices that do not meet the currently published specs, Microsoft will be looking closely at the results.

    "As we release to Windows Insiders and partner with our OEMs, we will test to identify devices running on Intel 7th generation and AMD Zen 1 that may meet our principles."

    That does not look like Windows 11. Perhaps you received an update to Windows 10 that needed to happen to enable you to go to the next update. It sometimes happens that Windows has to install some updates in order for the next one to install . In your photos one of the indicators for this is the logo on the Start button and the presence of Timeline icon (which is not on Windows 11) . If you check Settings > Updates you may find your system is trying to get the next update or needs you to click a button to get it.
