Enable TPM 2.0 via BIOS setting. Then you check it .

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

2021-06-26T03:06:42+00:00 Same for me. I am using Intel I5 9th Gen and GTX 1050 and it shows that my pc doesn't meet minimum requirements.
My PC health Check shows that I have met all the requirements.

2021-06-26T02:48:27+00:00 I received mail from windows insider program saying ' my pc do not meet minimum system requirement so we are moving your pc to release preview channel '. I just checked with PC health check application and found that TPM was disabled. I enabled it from and re checked in pc health check application and now it says ' Great News - this pc meet all requirements for windows 11 and it's free We'll let you know when it's ready to install '. So I have switched to beta channel from release preview . Now can I get windows 11 insider preview builds? Is it okay that I switched to beta channel manually?
And yes I enabled security features TPM from bios.
