Preparing for Insider Preview Builds of Windows 11 - ***UPDATED 6/28***

To be quite honest, I feel that some of the new minimum requirements are complete BS!

You made windos 10 able to run on anything, giving old hardware a new lease on life, and now you are killing W10, and making requirements that a lot of fully usable pc's can not meet, what is the point of this??

I can not aford to uppgrade all my machines, and i honestly dont se a point to it, as long as they work as good as they do wiht W10. Yes some of them do have the TPM and secure boot feature, but i suspect that most oof them dont.

Why are you implementing this requirement? its sertanly not to save the enviroment, as many machines now wil become e-waste once suport for W10 stops.

Pleace come to your senses, and remove the mandetory TPM and Secure boot requirements, and make them optional like they are now. Literaly no everyday user is asking for this feature.

This absolutely ridiculous decision about CPU support will definitely not increase PC sales. What it will lead to is another Windows Vista. But this time, due to reverse circumstances.
In the presentation, Microsoft claimed that Windows 11 was going to be the most inclusive version of Windows, but with these system requirements, it will end up being the least inclusive version.
Windows 11 does not have any new features big enough to convince most people to upgrade to new hardware. When many people don't upgrade even when their hardware is supported, how can Microsoft expect them to upgrade to new hardware just to upgrade to a new OS?
With Microsoft leaving out many relatively new PCs without even giving a reason, most people would just stay with Windows 10 and advise others to do the same.
The only increase in sales that's happening is in Mac sales, because, guess what, they have better support.

I guess the pattern of alternating between a good and bad release will continue.

If your intel processor is not on this list, you're not going to be supported by Windows 11.

Holy cow. My processor is a Core i7-7700, which is only 2-3 years old. It's not supported, but much older Pentium and Celeron processors are? ****??

By default my UEFI has TPM 2.0 enabled in my bios but also hidden to the OS. It might be good to explain to users how to make TPM 2.0 visible to the OS since a lot of UEFI bios hides it by default :T

Intel  i5 7th gen, geforce  MX  940, 500gb free  space, 16gb ram, TPM  2.0, uefi  secure boot  enabled  and  wddm  2.7 with  direct  x12.

How come I'm not compatible to upgrade??

Also the pc  health check tool  is  pretty useless. It doesn't actually  show  the  incompatible hardware.
