***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Interesting about the drives.

    Am having problems getting updates on one system after Win11 install and on the other it won't install at all (same specs on both).

    Interestingly, Diskpart shows my DVD and BlueRay drives as the first two on the system. The primary shows up as volume 2 instead of 0.

    Perhaps there is an issue with Diskpart ID of drives ? The disk drives report as E and F in order to allow for a C primary and D data drive as first drives. Historically A and B were reserved for floppy drives.

    Guess I will have to 'study up' on Diskpart a bit more here.

    One thing : A DVD drive can be a boot drive. Though this is less likely today due to the size of install media being larger than DVD capacity. More often a USB thumb drive is the solution.

    Hallo Insider Team

    Ich habe mein ThinkCentre, auf das neue Windows 11 upgedatet. Das neue System läuft sehr gut, ich hatte zwar anfängliche Probleme, die aber doch durch etwas Klick arbeiten behoben werden konnten.

    My system displays a message saying my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11, which doesn't make sense since

    Apparently my rig cannot run windows 11. Good luck everyone else.

    RTX 3080

    3700x

    32 gigs trident z 3600 cl16

    ASrock x570 Taiichi razer edition

    1tb 970 Evo pro

    1tb HDD

    1000w Supernova G2

    Remove (diskpart: offline) the drive that is not a boot drive.

    Having two drives made my installation impossible and offlining my second drive made it work perfectly.

    Most of the posts here focus on TPM, but no one mentions the drives!
