    This is not helpful at all if the system cannot say what doesn't match the requirements for Windows 11. I have a 3rd Ryzen 5 ssystem with 16 GB of system memory. I have firmware TPM enabled. No knowing what is wrong - if indeed the way the test was performed was not right - means it is impossible to correct the potential problem.

    Can this mesage be improved? Can it explain what is wrong if a machine cannot run Windows 11?

    I keep getting the message below;

    "There were problems downloading some updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80070002)"

    Is there a way this can be resolved for me?
    Thank you.

    I cannot find PTT or TPM in my bios. Gigabyte Z590 Aorus pro AX.

    if you don't have a TPM module installed, enable PTT, page 39 of the manual

    Have you activated Intel PTT yet? You need to go into BIOS and activate it. Search up how to do it on your brand of motherboard. However, I have an RTX 3070 and i5 10500 and I activated PTT in BIOS. I ran PC health check up and it said I am eligible for W11. I just got an email saying that I was moved from the beta channel to release preview channel because my computer wasn't eligible...

    ?????
