My first attempt with this SP7 Hyper-V Dev install resulted in this error
I removed some .ISOs which were taking up space, the 2nd attempt went through with no problems .😊😊😊
My W10 Hyper-V Dev install upgraded with no problems.

Edit. DISM & SFC run without problems.
Safe Mode does not work with Networking. -
