Fixed. Deleted two Asus folders from the system 32 folder.

2022-11-29T01:59:25+00:00 Same as you. I uninstalled Asus hotkey app. for now and so far, so good. It didn't get stuck at 73% with 0x80070002. Still installing. Hopefully it will succeed. Failed.
