My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was wondering about cooldown too. If I didn’t spend enough time “appreciating “ my search results maybe? & if I open them in another tab/back window - forget about it! That’s just points in the trash. Sometimes I need a bunch of results to compare & MS (maybe using AI now?) just doesn’t care to credit those searches

Thanks, yeah. This is always worked fine in Firefox on Windows and in Safari on my iPhone, and it does not anymore.

It does work in chrome on windows, probably because edge and windows are using the same basic render, but it used to work fine in Firefox also, and just for the last few days or whatever it no longer even displays the quiz of the day thing when you click on it. It’s just like missing.

And same deal, the actual app works but not a web browser on my iPhone.

I don’t normally use the Bing app versus a browser… I mean I know it’s sort of is a browser, but not as good as Safari or Edge or Chrome or Firefox or whatever.

If I return back to the rewards page after every single search it seems to credit. I wish they would have told us about these updates so there would be a lot less confusion, frustration and anger.

They sent me this in an email:

“Changes were recently made within the crediting system. No worries though, you’ll start earning after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit.”

What can I have found is I eventually do earn them, it just takes 6 times longer than usual which is extremely frustrating. It was nice while it lasted. It will be much harder to earn points on days where I am too busy to take a much longer time span to earn.
