My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    What I've seen the past few days is that in my cases to get 150 points searching which should be 30 unique searches it takes 60 to 70 unique searches to get those 150 points. I've tried logging out and back in at the start of a session. I've cleared history from both bing and edge and then logoff and login and the problem still persists. The search problem occurs while running on windows and on a mobile. I have over a year for collecting search points and this is the worst I've ever seen it.
    I can enter completely random stuff and it will fail to advance the points counter.

    FRUSTRATING.
    But the real frustrating thing is I'm wasting all this time for 5 bucks every two or three weeks.

    I and a lot of people on here are having this with any browser, unfortunately :-/

    Hope at least that we don't lose the points we DO have

    Someone posted they weren't able to verify themselves

    use microsoft edge, i had the same issue while using opera. after using edge everything tracks fine. though, microsoft cut the daily activites from 10 points to ONLY TWO or even ONE for some of them and is planning on removing daily search points. Ridiculous
