How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    Yep. Same thing here. I think I had been doing it since 2006 or so. Then in 2022, it wouldn't recognize my phone number when attempting to cash in my rewards for gift cards.

    I can however waste my rewards on sweepstakes, and I do from time to time donate points to non-profits with no problem. It's just when I want something for myself, I am blocked out. I finally stopped using Bing Search in 2022.. I check back from time to time you see if I can cash in my 30,000 points for gift cards, but am always disappointed.

    people have had success going to the Better Business Bureau Website (if you live in the US) and asking for help with Microsoft. I just haven't done it yet.

    Hi Anna:

    if the issue was redeeming points for gift cards, I ended up resolving the issue myself. See below what I did:

    I removed my Google and Verizon numbers from my profile. Instead, I used my ATT cell phone number. Unfortunately, I do not know which one was causing the issue but now it is working for me. The issue was the two-factor verification for the rewards submission and activation.

    As a side note, I did experience the same level of response from the rewards support teams "No helpful response".

    they never get back with you on this form. They are no help at all . I've done 8 of them so far, with NO response. Wanted a number where I can call and talk to someone.
