How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    I’m so glad things worked out. Just because many of us are, to say the least, disgruntled, doesn’t mean we don’t want to hear someone being helped.

    For many years, support helped, then beginning in 2022 the help was scarce, then come September 2023, there became zero help along with them asking questions and answering back after not reading my answer to the original question.

    Anyhow…may you have many years of fun at this like I did. I averaged $10/mo. for at least 11 or 12 years. I’m grateful for the many, many $5 Amazon Gift Cards over the years.

    Just let you know the BBB complain works.

    A real person from Microsoft contacted with me, and my issue has been solved.

    I know the frustration. If BBB complaint doesn't suffice can try taking the laptop to a Microsoft store. See if anyone can do anything for you there.

    Thank you for reply.

    After trying and leaving many messages/ urges for help and also complaints ... my Microsoft acct is ALL screwed up. Can't get into many of my files because they say I'm over capacity. I'm having a hard time removing old files.

    They've blocked my access to Word. This can't be legal.

    Thanks for your advice ... I will contact BBB. I was also advised to post my frustration on social media. Unfortunately, I am not on Tic Tock or Instagram.
