How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    Thank you for responding. After trying and leaving many messages/ urges for help and also complaints ... wouldn't you know ... my Microsoft acct is ALL screwed up. Can't get into many of my files because they say I'm over capacity. I'm having a hard time removing old files.

    They've blocked my access to Word. This can't be legal.

    I didn't violate their agreement ... my labtop was hacked. All I want is to speak to someone and pinpoint exactly what happened.

    Beyond frustrated & mad.

    If you can't get a hold of anyone via phone and they don't respond to you best just make a complaint to the better business bureau. Microsoft doesn't care about its customers anymore.

    Just made a complaint with the BBB see what happens hopefully things work out like they did for you. Fingers crossed.

    I am about to purchase a new laptop because my Service Pro 8 is corrupt. If I can't resolve my account with someone live, I will Avoid Microsoft laptops!!!
