Opening emails is not rewarding towards Microsoft Rewards

Anyone get a response from the ticket they put in? I have put in several, the latest ones say they were closed because I had multiple tickets open already. Then I get an email saying that I have not responded within the appropriate time frame so they closed them. I have a mile long reply to the email they sent me but closed them. I sent them proof of not crediting all my daily email check-ins with screenshots, but I guess that was not enough. This is beyond frustrating.

I get the bulk of my rewards points through Game Pass Quests on my Xbox and PC. Microsoft/Bing Rewards is a nice supplement though.

That’s an impressive streak! I agree—doing searches throughout the day keeps it quick and interesting. I mix it up too, but unfortunately, my account is still locked down despite that. Not sure why, since I’ve been following the usual approach.

The email reading issue makes sense—Edge updates sometimes bring unexpected hiccups. Hopefully, it gets patched soon.

Gotcha

My searches and emails are on hold but much of the points are made through searches and emails. There fore it takes especially long to make redeemable points.
