Is Microsoft Cashback a scam?

I purchased a order from samsung.com via Microsoft Cashback and it immediately said my cashback is success. However, several days later, the cashback case even disappeared from the pending cashback category. I would not make that purchase without the cashback, and yes, I contact them via the Microsoft cashback webpage, and no one respond. So it does look like a scam. Any ideas?

    Same here! Last week I was able to check on pending cashback rewards. I had 3 pending, 1 of the 3 was due to be made available today. I tried to access it but was unable to open my Microsoft cashback rewards.

    Same here! I had been able to access my Microsoft cashback to view several purchases that I had redeemed, and 3 that were pending. One was due to be made available today, now all of a sudden, I cant access it, and "order history" show no orders. I only make certain purchases online for the Microsoft cashback reward money.
