I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

If you win a reward sweeps they don’t always include the details they ask you to verify
And sometimes they don’t even verify the name of the person claiming the prize
To the name
Of the person who enrolled in the sweep
This last part was for a lifetime ultimate membership I enrolled for when I lived in Lorain Ohio my sisters x was visiting and replied with my phone and claimed the prize which he used with his brothers account
Around 2017-2018
Later I was drawn for a prize regarding the Cyberpunk themed gaming pc/tower
I responded in the email but the verification process crashed and I couldn’t retry my claim
I watched as the tower went unclaimed for over a year and eventually a Microsoft video came out online and they were shown walking thru the facility and passed unclaimed Microsoft rewards and at the top of the pile was my cyberpunk gaming tower.
And how they take or give it away to staff when it goes unclaimed long enough
I responded to the video and provided evidence and the video was swiftly deleted
Just recently this year I won the wonka Xbox console and have provided my I’d from entry because my text didn’t include the (SIC)
so I tried claiming manually again with no result even after the text was deleted when I changed carries 4 months after the drawing they still won’t verify the win despite acknowledging I won when I provided the order ID:
There video they deleted had a whole rolling cart of high dollar items they say is unclaimed but in reality there embezzling the prizes.
Just used 12k for 1 month ultimate same thing no email nothing
