How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support?

I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

    He intentado tres veces durante los últimos meses ponerme en contacto con Microsoft Rewards en relación con una cuenta suspendida mediante el envío de un formulario de contacto desde este enlace https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nadie me ha respondido. ¿Puede indicarme otro medio para ponerme en contacto con ellos?

    Hola, tengo un problema, el cual es que cuando intento canjear mis 3000 puntos por robux, le doy en canjear, me pone que me enviaran un codigo de confirmacion por sms.

    Espero a que me llegue el codigo y nada, mi numero de telefono esta bien, solo que no se porque no me llega el codigo de verificacion. ¿Alguien que me pueda ayudar, porfavor?
