I have tried three times over the past several months to get in touch with Microsoft Rewards about a suspended account by submitting a contact form from this link https://rewards.bing.com/support. Nobody has responded to me. Can you please let me know another medium to contact them?

I actually earned 1500 points and i wanted to redeem a 100 robux card, but i dont know why does it have to be soo difficult to redeem it. Like you can just ask for the ohone number then just send is the pin wnd just because i tried way too many times, now i cant even put my phone number thats so unfair, because i want to redeem it. Fix it..

They really don't care. They gave the most vague of reasons before suspending your account with little warning. Reaching out on twitter hasn't helped either. Guessing they don't want you to redeem your points.
