Microsoft Rewards searches not earning me points for every search

Ok so I have a big problem with Microsoft Rewards that has been ongoing for months with no resolution. I am aware this might be not be best place to ask this question, but unfortunately I've already contacted Microsoft Rewards support multiple times only for them to give me information that is useless. I think they don't understand my problem and are giving me information that doesn't work. Basically what's been happening is on a new day of using Microsoft Rewards searching using both Desktop and Mobile, I usually get points for a few searches, usually no more than 4. You'd think if I searched for something random like a random bunch of letters of a random number like I usually do to earn points, it would give me the 5 points for a search, but no. For some reason it's limited to at least 4, I'm pretty sure. Then once I hit 4 I have to wait an unknown amount of time to search another 4 or however many I can search for. Why is this a thing? When I have contacted Microsoft Rewards support, twice now the agent in charge of the support request tells me that I should be rewarded the points after a couple of initial searches. While technically I do get up to 4 searches that actually give me points at the start of a new day when I've earned no points for the day, I can't earn any more points for searching until I've waited for a while. And that amount of time is completely unknown. The most recent email which for some reason has been going to my outlook account/microsoft email account instead of the desired email address, they state a way to help with my problem by clearing the search history from Edge. I rarely use Edge anymore, as I primarily use Firefox. So how does this help, like at all? I have no idea how to fix this issue and should not have to wait to search again. This has never happened to me before and started months ago and still hasn't been fixed yet. I just submitted ANOTHER request to Microsoft Rewards support but I sincerely doubt they'll be able to provide me with any new information considering the last two times I've contacted them, I get the same response, even from a new agent telling me I get awarded after a couple of initial searches. What part of not able to earn points for searches after like 4 don't they understand? I literally can't search past 4 before I have to wait for time to pass so I can search again. I am so confused and honestly from the way Microsoft Rewards support is mishandling my cases, getting a little irritated that they don't seem to understand anything I'm explaining to them.

If anyone knows how to help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it. Microsoft Rewards support can't be the only way to get an issue resolved, especially if they literally are useless. First it was them not getting back to me for days and now it's them getting back to me but with useless information. This is so frustrating

Same I think.

M$ rewards has 2 options now to get rewards by using their search. I've done it multiple times and it NEVER gets my any points. It NEVER works.

They did a trial, at the top of your quest list is that "do 3 searches for 10 days and get 1000 points." well thats a HUGE SCAM. yea, 3 searches a say in reality is about 20 searches as it never worked the first time, so it takes about 6 searches to register 1. Then when you get the whole 10 days it says thats piece 1 of the puzle and there are 9 pieces.... so 9x10 is 90 days to get 1000 points. I'm NOT going to use your useless, broken search for 90 days just to get 1000 points. I can do the normal daily tasks to get more than that and that works.

Then there are the "search for 10 points" they never work. I did 5 searches the other day and the task is still there unticked. Its broken and its always been broken.
Their WHOLE system is broken.

I have HUGE streak. THEY broke it twice and blamed me for their problems. 1st was a broken task. it kept failing. I did it 7 times that day and it kept failing so they broke my streak. I had to contact them for over a month with money long replies pointing to the broken task with proof they broke it before they fixed it.
2nd time they broke it for unknown reasons. I was in hospital so I had to do the daily tasks on mobile data and they said as I wasn't at home on my normal computer thats why it broke the streak. really? I did it, I didn't break anything but their system broke it. they refused to fix it as they already fixed it once.
ok, so again I moved house, I had no choice but use mobile data as I had no internet and my computer was still packed in boxes so I used my phone and did the daily tasks and again they broke my streak.
I would've had a streak of about 2500 days but they keep breaking it. Its not about the points, for me being autistic and doing things in routines I NEVER miss a day, I KNOW I dont miss a day as its in my routines. I check it twice a day so its impossible for me to miss 1 day but their system is so broken and they dont care they will happily break it and blame you for it.
They dont have a heart or care in the world. they are a huge company that doesn't care for their customers. Look at the xbox gui. the homepage now is just ads. I dont even use my xbox anymore as I cant see my games on my homepage so I never use it. My PS5 gets used everyday as i see my games on that console. THEIR loss as I WONT EVER buy another xbox for this 1 reason. I dont see my games then I wont use it. As I wont use it I dont see the ads.
Ads has ruined the xbox and do they care? no. If they did we wouldn't have any ads on the xbox gui now but no nothing has changed.

So, there you go M$. FIX YOUR BROKEN SYSTEMS. REWARDS AND XBOX are both BROKEN BIGTIME and YOU NEED to fix them NOW!

I’m getting the points for reading the articles. I’m getting the points for answering the questions but when I get down to the search to earn hundred points it stops and goes why I get up to 20 it stops then it’ll start and I’ll go to 40 then it’ll stop and go stop and go today. I got up to 60. Why does it stop and go when I’m doing the searches, doesn’t make any sense

Good to know Microsoft doesn't care.

As of today I can get 150 points in my browser TWICE and it counts. In addition I can use Bing app on Xbox and do the same thing as am awarded another 150 points,

HOWEVER, none of the points are actually awarded to my account.

Mobile browsing DOES NOT work at all.

This is absurd.

I dont know about mobile or firefox but microsoft lets you get in 3 searches sometimes 4 every 15 minutes.which is a pain,I use both goggle and microsoft edge on desktop computers and laptops both work the same i think it should do the same for firefox once again dont know about mobile phone cause i dont do it it takes me enough time to get in all the searches every 15 minutes now.Hope this information helps.Tarsha
