I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

I have had no problem today using Opera to get all the points and don’t recall any issue in getting points over the past few days. Last week was a different story as Edge and Opera were stuck in only getting 20 points a day and I could not get the full 150 plus.
I am trying to use Bing search through my Opera browser and while the Daily Sets go through, I don't get any points from Bing Search for the Daily Streaks puzzle. I literally have to open Edge to apparently get those points.
My reason for my search engine is my business, but making me use yours to get points for one thing when I get the points for everything else is beyond stupid.
Either let anyone get the points or end the program.
Hi there is something wrong with microsoft rewards when i comfirm my reward it is not sending or doing anything so can u tell me wat is the issue
Microsoft ignores these complaints and didn't have the courtesy to let their customers know they were stopping the points. I get about 12 points per day and no streak. In addition, out of the blue, microsoft made OneDrive my main drive and I couldn't fix it for days, it screwed up files and folders on my c: drive - I finally uninstall it but it's trying to save my work on onedrive. And..... i have to sign in often and they can't find and reject my signin. I don't understand what's going on. We can't talk to any human, it's all AI and there is no help for any problem without a payment. I guess they have us by the know what and they just don't care.
