Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    Glad to know it wasn't just me. Looks like a good time to switch back to Firefox and do something better with my time in the mornings!

    I stopped getting points completely for daily Bing searches about 4 days ago. They don't work on Bing mobile or PC. I sent a troubleshooting request to MS support days ago but have not heard back yet.

    Historically, I've had problems with Bing similar to this current issue for years. Points not accumulating or disappearing, streaks getting reset or erased out of the blue, Shopping rewards not paying out, etc. etc. MS never bothers to notify us when they're revamping/tuning rewards stuff either. The whole experience reeks of incompetence.

    I'm considering abandoning Bing (and by extension Edge) altogether. DuckDuckGo doesn't pay anything, but at least its consistent and doesn't bother me with stupid AI responses.

    Literally having this same issue no Idea what is happening... I am getting 0 points for any searches.
