Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

    Hello,

    I'm sure that this is a problem from Microsoft's end, not Roblox's lot of users are getting this issue including me all we can do is wait for Microsoft to fix this issue.

    also id like to point out the fact when i just got the notification that i can redeem my gift card so i copied the code and went onto roblox to redeem it but it said (This code has already been redeemed. Allow up to 5 minutes for it to be processed) what happend? Is my code wrong or smth?

    Yes, you are correct. Many users reported a delay in getting a response or support from the Microsoft Rewards team. Most likely, due to the number of requests they are getting daily, they need more time to review every ticket they receive.
