Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

    Oh my gosh same. This just happened to me and when i searched it up i came to this, im pleased to see that im not the only one with this problem but what really bugs me is this has been happening since june? Its august now. No way this problem has been around for over 2 months and still hasn't been fixed till now. Dissapointing. I have made an enquiry to microsoft like they said to do and waiting for a reply back. Hopefully this issue is resolved.

    I have found out why, some rewards rotate with their system, they may have also stopped giving them away because some users have ben using different accounts to get more robux to their Roblox user. if that isn't the case, then then it's probably part of the rewards rotation, I think they rotate every few months or so. I hope this explains this.

    NOTE: I am not a staff member, I'm just answering a question.

    I have already redeemed a 100 robux code and have gotten it awhile back but now I'm trying it again and it's not even showing a robux card in the redeem section.

    I don't even see the Roblox rewards on Microsoft rewards, even though I set a goal for 1,000 robux.
