My confirm reward button doesnt work on microsoft reward how do i fix it?

I already have 1500 points and I cant redeem my robuxs can you please help me fix the bug?

    This could be a few problems,

    1. browser issue with Bing
    2. Bing either stop supporting/ran out of Robux codes
    3. The Bing browser isn't functioning properly.

    I've read a separate post with the same problem, some people suggested using their iPhone to help.

    If that doesn't work, another suggestion was to use a browser extension called ''Firefox''

    Used Chrome and was asked to share location info. With the location confirmation, the redeem reward option is enabled and I was able to redeem the points.

    My guess: my Bing setting might have some default option for location not sharing (with Bing rewards). Without that info, the Bing reward option was grayed out...

    Anyway, I think this is a Bing rewards bug... and the workaround might be using Chrome or another browser to redeem...

    Same thing to me, I don't know why it's happens but I've sent a ticket support about that and I still haven't got a reply to that bug...
