My confirm reward button doesnt work on microsoft reward how do i fix it?

Definitely try Microsoft edge if you're using other browsers. Also, for me, I neglected the problem for around a week and tried agn by using that method. I think its better to wait and see! I hope you'll get it soon :) (also refreshed a lot of times, but leave it for a few days)

Ps. I also linked my Microsoft acc with a school Microsoft (work) acc sooo, I could redeem from any of these accounts.💥

Hi! I had this same exact problem as well. I tried changing to another browser applications becuz that's what some ppl suggested but it still didn't work. What I did was (you need an another email for this) I went to Microsoft account (in the website) --> Your Info --> Account Info, and added my another account and made it a primary alias (switched it with my main acc). And I went back to the Microsoft rewards browser again and do the steps to redeem and it actually worked! The code was sent to my another account which I just linked and changed it into the primary alias. (I'm not 100% sure if this could work for everyone else but for me, it did so I wanted to share my experiences with you!)

Honestly we're entering class action lawsuit and criminal fraud territory here. Too many people complaining about the same issue for years now. Not just in this thread, there are others with thousands of user with the same issue.

Have more than 5250 points but the confirm reward button does not work.

Why? How to fix it?
