Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

PEOPLE - It is becoming a SCAM and a waste of time! Microsoft started to cheap out since December 2023 which was when I started to realize most searches do not count towards the Reward points anymore!

same here i thought i was the only one, sometimes, it takes hours just to get 5 points then wants to glitch out and gotta wait again try try and try when they updated they messed something up big time

For me this isn't the issue. It's not counting any searches on Edge at all or rather it counts but as if my balance is starting at zero (I have 80k+) every time I open the browser. Then points aren't counted for Edge at all later when I check on my phone.
