Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

I have the same problem. Ckeared cookies. Cleared browser history. Logged out. Logged in. Closed browser. Repeat above in different orders about 4 times. Counts everything else. I used some points. Just Edge glitching out.

New problem: I first came here and clicked the 'I have this problem to' button. Now I am getting inundated with email notifications for it.

"Unsubscribe from the question" the emails say. Slight issue: the only option for me on here is to 'subscribe', i.e. page doesn't think I'm subscribed to it anyway.

Is this like Bethesda's Morrowind counterintuitive 'fatigue' bar where the more fatigued you are, the less tired you are? Do I need to 'subscribe' to unsubscribe..?!

I have dared to tick the box asking to be notified if someone replies to this comment. I hope I don't regret that even more...

oh holy mother all i did was reply to some post about this problem-as did you and i have 15 pages of no solves, no actual ideas, just people saying "me too" i am going to try to get off this train, i didn't notice before but there's a box below where i am writing already ticked, it says "notify me when someone responds to this post" i am un-clicking it, no offense i am going to try to find my original reply to this nightmare and unclick it, as well. good luck to all, lol, i am still being jacked out of points for the things they make you do for points but have read some fine print..there's a min. of searches to get more points. you can't just hit bing with three searches in a row that say "what is a dog" (cat. mouse)? my streak, i get up to three days and i go to check the next day, i am back to one. it's like MS has a built in '**** you there's no way to win" program. naw, they would never, right? ha ha.

Maybe they have a detection system to ignore sending support tickets about the searches not working, and just give a half-accusatory response and half-“we’re doing something else instead.”

SAME, AND BING/MICROSOFT HAVE DONE NOTHING AFTER I'VE NOTIFIED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES.

Well. That's... interesting. And maybe helpful to some, though I doubt it.

I got hit with the On The Go error again today. See a few replies above for background. They did fix it the next day last time. Too late to save my 1525 Day streak thankyouverymuch. I had almost forgiven them and then the same idiocy happened again today. So I composed a complaint to submit, this time I opted for the "Broken Streak" category and a funny thing happened. A bot instantly replied with :

They even did the math right and added the days since they broke the streak. Of course it's a bit of a moot point since it's just going to get broken again today as they probably won't get the error fixed until tomorrow again. And this is a "one-time courtesy" so thanks for nothing probably.

Anyway, maybe it'll help someone if you also lost a streak. Report it as a "Broken Streak" (I think was the category) and then hope they don't mess it up again.

P.S. Oh yeah, I did "go ahead and submit the request" anyway since they really didn't fix the problem. And that was a lie too. The link didn't take me back to my completed request form. It opened another new one. Fortunately, being familiar with the way MS "works" I had saved a copy of my complaint so I was able to copy paste instead of typing it all in again.

I have the same issue. I’m logged in on my mobile and pc and every time I search it does not give me a point
