Hi all! I've been in this battle for a while now and getting nowhere. Here's a rundown of what's been happening:
I'm honestly at a loss of what to do at this point. It's very clear at this point that nobody is actually reading the tickets; they read a few words and then give canned responses. But they also aren't reading the first few words because if they were they'd see the requested information at the top of the tickets...
Is there a phone number I can call where I can speak to an actual person? Some way to escalate this? This has been an uphill battle and I'm just hoping to finally get it resolved so I can move on.
Thank you!

Yep, It's like they're just trying to make you so frustrated you just give up. It's working, I've given up, it's not worth the time or the headache. I get the same responses. First they respond by asking for more information, even though all the info they request is in the original support ticket. When you reply with the info requested, they send a response that you have multiple support tickets opened. They may be the biggest software company in the world, but they're also the worst. How can you build the biggest software company in the world yet not be able to handle a simple support ticket for your customers.......? The biggest software company in the world but can't design a workable cashback program?
The only logical conclusion is that its on purpose. They can keep their one cent per receipt.....Plenty of other cashback apps that work seamlessly, one's that don't spend days "reviewing" your submission, and also pays out more.
After about 4 months I did finally receive my cashback for a purchase in November. Didn't do anything extra besides submitting my original claim the same month. I did get a random email I think in January saying there was a backlog on correcting these issues, apologizing, and basically asking to be patient. I hope others get theirs soon.
It was showing on Microsoft main Cash-back site after I have to login for Microsoft 365 Family and it was showing 10% but Amount was showing pending, I missed that I did not take a picture of that situation, otherwise I have all evidences, technically MS Customer Service and other departments are running by South Asian countries and they are biased and unprofessional, they do not honor it if cash back is in high amount, still until today they are offering 10% on Mobile from Samsung.com website and they ditch you and grab information and never honor 10% cash back, on Monday or yesterday, they sent an email that your "Lenovo Purchase cash back is completed of $12.xx but on main website, still pending, I am monitoring their every information and will show into court about their discrepancies. Do not trust Microsoft nowadays.
I am so sorry to hear that this is what happens. I believe you because it has happened to me but I stopped checking all my purchases for right now too busy, but I do not trust them 100 percent either. When big money item purchases do not show up on cash back it is very suspicious as to who is collecting the money on that purchase. Stay well.
