How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

I'll be the first to admit I'm luckier than some here, and still I complain lol. I'd just like it to work as advertised and be happy we have it. I don't want to be fighting for it and then have them decide it's not worth it and lose it. That said I will give MS it's due when they do own up and fix stuff. They have before and they did again earlier this week/week before. My daily/weekly/monthly Quest Rewards disappeared a few days before the deadline and would have cost me over a 1,000 points. It took a little while but they got back to me, admitted they screwed up, thanked me and appreciated me taking time to explain the problem and report the issue, explained that they had corrected it (I actually noticed it got reset before I got the reply and I ended up not losing points, which I also followed up to them before the reply), and they still awarded me 500 points for my trouble and notifying them of the issue. So, sometimes at least, they are on the ball, helpful, informative, and appreciative. I suspect, even when it doesn't feel like it, that they are trying. But ;-) ...come reset for the daily/weekly/monthly this month it was delayed (perhaps part of the same issue), though oddly it appeared to have tracked those invisible days, at least partly. Still a bug or two today, a couple Game Pass games not counting on first play but registering on second play, although one Game Pass game did register on first play (after it was updated, before playing, might have been why). In the meantime, did you all get the notification of the Million Dollar giveaway ? Sure, the odds of winning are low but it kinda feels like they like us :-) So, report issues (yeah, it's a bit of pain), without too much drama if you can (sometimes gulity lol), and always without venom. It might pay off personally, and even help everyone else. They can't know it's broke if nobody is saying so, politely. Long winded Rant?/AntiRant? over, g'nite all !

Yep, same issue here, the old "bug" that others were hit with has finally happened to me too. Just 4 searches count, mobile or pc, then it's locked down for who knows how long. And actually one time it only gave me 3 searches before locking it out. NOT going to do the idiotic suggestions, they're a pointless boondoggle, this is just MS being MS and either they "updated" something (and never told us) or they're just trying to make searches for points hard enough that everyone quits. Rewards points must be driving them to bankruptcy.

BTW anyone else getting repeated account disconnects and having to sign in again the last few days ? Let me guess... have I tried turning it off and on ? ...signed out signed in ? ...cleared my cache ? etc. etc. etc. And is anyone else finding that at least one of the "search Bing for blah blah blah" quests will never complete no matter how many variations of the "search" are tried ? At least my issue with the XBox app points was fixed, mostly, AFTER putting in a ticket. Hmm, didn't they used to auto-send a "how did we do" email ? I don't think I got one this time. Maybe they're now auto-filling them with "AWESOME ! YOU GUYS DID AWESOME ! 11 our 10 !" and saving us the trouble. I used to love my Bing newsfeed, clicking a story and reading it, then the next, and smoothly getting points for it. And randomly doing my own searches and loving it. Then MS lost the thread and that stopped working right, or at all. More and more of the "news" links became Ads, not even advertised as such at first. Same with search results. Nearly useless most of the time. They're driving me and many more to hate Bing searches and making the Rewards program a joke. OK, rant done, time to see if a search will count now. Probably not. Hey ! New game ! Try to get MS Rewards search to count, when it doesn't or the timeout interferes, come here and complain. lol.

Welp then if thats the case the MS needs to not have it be that way thats very scummy the rewards help is already a joke kept telling me my us t mobile cell number was a foreign number or was in use by someone else even though i went through the check method to make sure it was not.

It is still not working. Even trying anything to search and this is second time i am facing this issue. I quitted the bing when it was first time.

Same. This is so crazy. How is Microsoft sleeping on this?
