How to fix that Microsoft reward search point not counting

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting 20 points only both pc search and Mobile search . How do I fix this?

2024-10-08T18:32:12+00:00 For me it's a 3-6 sec. pause between searches or I get no points.
Then a 15 min. cooldown wait until it will work again, if at all.

2024-09-30T18:27:08+00:00 Exactly, it's terrible. I'm still stuck with 1-4 searches per 15 mn. cooldown.
Nothing has fixed it after all these years. Loyalty means nothing to them.

2024-06-26T15:58:16+00:00 I think you have to start searching before you complete any of the daily activities on the rewards website. That's how I have no cooldown. But I don't know though. It might be different for people but that's how I get around it.

2024-06-25T11:48:36+00:00 The desktop search wasn't working on Edge for me, but simply doing it in Chrome fixed that.
Here's what I did today to workaround on the mobile search:
- On phone, open Chrome browser.
- Go to Bing and sign in.
- Search in "address" box right at the top of the screen, not in the standard Bing search box.
- Use the suggested searches or write your own search - any sort of number of letter code seems to detected immediately now and doesn't count for points.
